What we are looking for
Board-certified NP, two or more years in practice
- Licence — Active NP licence with national board certification
- Practice — Two or more years of clinical work after certification
- Clinical reasoning — You can write down why, not only what
- Safety — You spot the plausible plan that would hurt the patient
Work you might do
- Writing realistic patient scenarios and decision pathways
- Creating reference answers with the reasoning behind them
- Reviewing agent plans for diagnostic accuracy and safety
- Designing cases where the obvious answer is dangerous
