SimReal FAQ

Short answers to the questions people ask about SimReal, its products and how scores are graded.

What is SimReal?

SimReal builds reinforcement-learning environments, verifiers and benchmarks where AI agents learn real economic work and are graded by what actually happens. It was founded in 2026.

What does SimReal sell?

Every product is sold three ways: as a training world (an environment licence), as outcome data recording every decision, mistake and verified result, and as continuous verification that re-tests each new model version on the same world. SimReal also runs private evaluations and supplies expert data.

Does SimReal train its own models?

No. SimReal builds environments, verifiers and benchmarks. The models we evaluate are third-party models, accessed through their providers’ APIs; we do not pretrain or fine-tune models.

Which products does SimReal have?

Five, on one engine: SimReal-MLBench (machine-learning research), Puzzle Benchmark (reasoning), MathmoBench (optimisation), Future Prediction Bench (forecasting) and SWE-Forward (software maintenance).

How are SimReal scores graded?

By held-out answers, mathematical proof, real events and simulated futures. No SimReal score comes from an AI judge.

How does SimReal stop agents from cheating?

Every verifier is attacked before it ships. On the Puzzle Benchmark, 400 cheating attempts were run and none got through.

Who is SimReal for?

Frontier AI labs first, then companies deploying AI agents. SimReal has no model-company shareholders.

How can I get access to a SimReal benchmark?

Benchmarks, audit records and data specifications are shared with labs, partners and researchers on request. Email business@simreal.co.

How much does SimReal cost?

Standard environments start at $20,000 per environment, complex simulations at $300,000 per build, and exclusive licences cost four to five times the non-exclusive price. Evaluations and expert data are quoted on request.

Can SimReal build a custom environment?

Yes. Describe the workflow on the request page and SimReal scopes an environment around it, with a verifier that checks the outcome and every step.

How do experts work with SimReal?

Through paid, remote contract work defining what correct means in their field and grading agent runs. There are 38 roles; each shows its top hourly rate, from up to $40 for generalist review to up to $300 for portfolio managers. Experts join the waitlist and are invited by field, in waves.

Is SimReal related to sim-to-real (sim2real) research?

No. Sim-to-real is a robotics research term for transferring policies from simulation to physical robots. SimReal is a company building RL environments for AI agents doing economic work.

Is SimReal a trading or investment platform?

No. SimReal does not offer trading, brokerage or investment services and is not affiliated with other websites that use the name SimReal AI.

Can I use the expert workspace today?

The workspace opens in waves while SimReal onboards the first experts. Join the expert waitlist to be invited when a world in your field opens.
