What we are looking for
PhD in OR or optimisation, or production solver experience
- Training — PhD in operations research, optimisation or equivalent practice
- Solvers — Experience with MIP, CP or custom heuristics in production
- Proof — You can tell a certificate from a claim
- Precision — You write constraints a checker can verify in milliseconds
Work you might do
- Designing optimisation families with generated instances
- Writing feasibility and infeasibility certificates
- Reviewing agent solutions for hidden constraint violations
